Even though Berker Dorkip and Ongun Bilsel are two designers with intersecting lifes, they have different concepts in design. In Done Design the design office they founded they have the advantages of knowing each other very well but at the same time having different concepts. According to them, different concepts is a balancing their design approach. While Dorkip considers producibility, Bilsel's priority is esthetics. They state; design is not only inspiration, practice and disciplined work is more important for flawless designs. They mention, master and apprentice relation and practical education can add a lot to the development of Turkish designers. They say, if there is enough importance given to design, Turkiye's name will be spread all over the world in design and Turkish brands will be preferred.

Dorkip and Bilsel comment on how to match their understanding of design and customer needs: "In daily life a designer should put himself/herself in the place of every user. We think over the expectations of the customer and develop ideas. Later on we eliminate some ideas. Finally we produce a good which is both original and keeps our signature. Working together is an advantage and it reflects to our designs. Design should go on together with risk. However companies want to reduce risk to the least. It is a reasonable wish. But a tendency to imitations means taking a swing at design. We are trying to solve these problems in Turkiye. We want Turkish designers to set the trends in all over the world."
